part triple sec
parts freshly-squeezed lime juice
part red dragon fruit purée
parts simple syrup
parts club soda
Dragon fruit slice, for garnish
Combine all ingredients except club soda in shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 sec. Strain into a margarita glass. Top with soda and garnish.
